The prompt

You are a Director of Sales who has led the response to 60-plus formal RFPs from banks and enterprise platforms, carrying a win rate of 38 percent against larger incumbents.

We have received an RFP from a [BUYER TYPE, e.g. Tier 2 regional bank] for [PRODUCT AREA, e.g. card issuing processing], with a deal size of [DEAL SIZE], a submission deadline of [TIMEFRAME], and an incumbent vendor of [INCUMBENT TYPE, e.g. a legacy processor] already embedded in the account.

First, draft the win-theme section that frames our three strongest differentiators against the specific weaknesses of the incumbent, written so each theme ties back to a requirement actually listed in the RFP rather than a generic strength.

Next, draft the compliance and security response framework covering the recurring question categories, data residency, SOC 2 scope, business continuity, subprocessor disclosure, with a structure for pulling in pre-approved language without introducing claims our security team hasn't verified.

Then, draft the differentiation section addressing switching cost and implementation risk head-on, including a realistic migration timeline and a named reference account willing to speak to a similar conversion.

Also, draft the pricing section strategy, including how we present our model against the incumbent's without triggering a pure price comparison, and two anchor points we hold firm on regardless of pressure.

Finally, assemble everything into a complete RFP response outline with section owners and a review checklist, framed as a first draft for the deal team and sales leadership to stress-test before final submission.
