Before writing anything, map the single narrative arc the entire deck should follow: the systemic problem in the market, our unique wedge into it, the proof we've found product-market fit, the moat that compounds over time, and the 5-year vision. For each stage of the arc, write 2-3 sentences of the actual story, not placeholders, and explain why that beat has to come before the next one.

Write the "why now" section that ties our timing to a real structural shift, such as sponsor bank consolidation, interchange regulation, embedded finance adoption, or a specific competitor's failure. Investors fund timing as much as teams, so make this concrete and falsifiable, not generic hype.

Write slide-by-slide talking points for a 12-slide deck covering problem, solution, product, traction, business model, unit economics, competition, team, and the ask.
